As announced by the office of the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA), 28 San Francisco State University student-athletes are recipients of the CCAA All-Academic Award for 2009-10. San Francisco, Calif.--- A total of 101 student-athletes or about 42 percent of the student-athletes at SF State earned at least a 3.00 cumulative grade point average this past Spring semester while passing a minimum of 12 units to be recognized as SF State Athletics’ Department Honor Roll members. Additionally, 69 student-athletes were also named to the Dean’s List at SF State or 22 percent of the student-athletes. SF State track athletes Tyler Dalbey (Petaluma, Calif., Santa Rosa JC) and Luisa Musika (Milpitas, Calif., Milpitas HS) have qualified for the 2010 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships May 27-29 at the Irwin Belk Complex on the campus of Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C. The Gators are now eighth after being ninth for the past three weeks.
