2010 TRACK: Recorded the seventh-fastest 10K time in school history (39:36.52) at the SF State Distance Carnival (March 26) … Placed seventh in the same event at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships (May 6) … Established a new personal-best in the 5,000 meters after crossing the tape in 19:26.95 at Cal State Stanislaus’ Kim Duyst Invite (March 6) … Also competed in the 3,000 meters at the UC Davis Open (March 13) … Ran an indoor season-best in the 3K (11:15.27) at the UW Husky Open (Feb. 14) … Was selected to the SF State Athletics Dean’s List following the spring semester and earned a spot on the honor roll for the fall.
2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in all six of the Gators’ meets last fall ... Was SF State’s highest finisher at the 5K Mills College Invitational with a sixth-place effort of 21:02, propelling the Purple and Gold to the team title ... Helped the Gators capture the crown at the CSUMB Invitational with a ninth-place clocking of 18:13 on the 2.75-mile course ... Logged a 6K season-best of 24:37.7 at the SF State Invitational ... Also ran at the CCAA Championships and NCAA West Regionals.
PRIOR TO SF STATE: Transferred from Orange Coast College where she was a two-year competitor in both cross country and track ... OCC cross country team captured the 2008 California Community Colleges State Championship and finished third at the SoCal Championships ... Graduated in 2007 from Garden Grove High School.
