Finished with a season-best 23:56.5 6K time at the CCAA meet in La Jolla, Calif. to qualify for regionals ... Clocked in at 18:45.20 on Oct. 13 for a 5K race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational in Sunnyvale to help the Gators grab a team-best second place finish ... Excelled in the classroom to earn her sixth-straight SF State Athletics Dean's List honor.

2012 TRACK: Enjoyed a breakthrough performance in the 5,000 meters at the SF State Distance Carnival, logging a collegiate-fast time of 17:57.48, which ranks fifth on the school’s all-time charts (April 6) … Continued to show improvement in the middle distance events as well, finishing seventh in the finals of the 1,500 at the California Collegiate Athletic Association Championships with a personal-best clocking of 4:49.13 (May 5) … Turned in a season-fast effort of 2:26.97 in the 800 at Azusa Pacific’s Bryan Clay Invitational (April 20) … Also competed in the Run for the Dream Invitational (Jan. 20) and UW Husky Open (Feb. 12) during the indoor campaign … Landed on the SF State Athletics Dean’s List for the fifth straight semester.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY: Was one of the pleasant surprises of the year, finishing at the team’s No. 3 runner at the SF State Invitational, where she placed 26th overall with a 23:34.2 clocking (Oct. 7) … Recorded a 6K personal-fast of 23:12.60 two weeks later at the CCAA Championships (Oct. 22) … Also drew a starting assignment at the NCAA West Regionals (Nov. 12) where she crossed the tape at 24:05 to finish in 91st.

2011 TRACK: Saw action in the middle distance events during the outdoor season … Established a new personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:25.79 at the Chico Distance Carnival (April 8) … Also logged a season-fast 5:03.32 in the 1,500 at SF State’s own Johnny Mathis Invitational (April 2) … Earned a spot on the SF State Athletics Dean’s List for the third semester in a row.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY: Participated in three races during her first harrier campaign as a Gator ... Logged a season-best time of 25:30 at the SF State Invitational (Oct. 8) ... Took 31st at the Stanislaus Invite after clocking in at 26:27 (Sept. 11) ... Also turned in a 20:09.3 performance during the 5K open run at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite. (Oct. 16).

2010 TRACK: Ran as an unattached competitor in the 800 meters at Diablo Valley College's Harlan Anderson Invitational, posting a time of 2:30 (April 23) ... Was named to the SF State Athletics Dean's List following the spring semester.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY:  Did not compete.

PRIOR TO SF STATE: Graduated in 2009 from Trabuco Hills High School ... Helped the squad grab back-to-back Sea View League Championship titles in 2006 and 2007, and finish third at the California State Championships in 2007 ... Earned All-Sea View League second team honors in 2006 ... Qualified for the Orange County Championship meet in 2006 ... Was named Freshman of the Year for cross country in 2005 ... Recorded personal best times of 5:20 (one mile), 2:21 (800m) and 11:26 (3200) ... Also competed in soccer during her prep career.
