SAN FRANCISCO – Dylan Phillipy (149) and Zach Jimenez (184) captured second place in their respective weight classes on Saturday to lead the San Francisco State wrestling team at the 36^th annual California Collegiate Open inside The Swamp. 
 
The Gators also received a pair of fourth-place performances from Julian Perez (133) and Daniel Flores (141) in the non-scoring tournament, while Anthony Gonzalez (285) notched three pins on the day.
 
Brian Owen of Boise State was presented with the Dr. Northrup Award, signifying the tournament's most outstanding wrestler after capturing the individual title in the 133-pound weight class, while Casey George, an unattached competitor from Boise State as well, garnered the Coach Haddad Award for pinning the most opponents in the shortest time (four in 7:37).  George finished with a third-place showing at 149.
 
SF State closes out its regular-season slate on Wednesday, when it battles Menlo College in a non-conference dual meet, starting at 6 p.m. in Atherton, Calif.
