Five of the 28 Gators selected to the Academic All-CCAA Team are three-time selections in Carly Bliss, Ashley Jackson, Lauren McAulay, Nick Nyman, and Vanesa Zuzuarregui. Six were selected for the second time in Madison Bencomo, Dylan Glass, Kirsten Jackson, Carolyn Knudson, Spencer Kreisberg, and Wes Whitt.
To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must be a varsity letter winner who competed in one of 13 CCAA-sponsored sports during the 2009-10 academic year. Student-athletes must also have a grade point average of 3.40 or higher in a minimum of 24 semester or 36 quarter units completed at a certifying institution.
