SAN FRANCISCO – Representatives from San Francisco State University’s Student-Athlete Advisory Committee took a break from their busy schedules on Monday morning to volunteer their time at the Janet Pomeroy Center in San Francisco. Select Gators were on hand to meet with the Center’s members and participate in various activities and games.

“This was a great way to get involved and give back to the community,” said SF State SAAC president and men’s cross country runner Mark DePasquale (Orange, Calif., Mater Dei HS) “I believe we were able to promote good citizenship by the Gator athletic department and serve as role models for the people at the center. We are looking forward to many return visits.”
