Donisha Tate (Oakland, California, Las Posita College) finishes second in the nation in rebounding with her 12.0 rebounds per game average. Teammate
Dominique Hunter (San Francisco, California, Gateway) also finished in the top 25 in the nation with her 2.2 blocked shots per game average, which placed her 20
th.
The Gators also finished in the top 25 in the nation in three team statistical categories. They were fifth in field goal percentage defense (33.4%) and 24th in both blocked shots per game (4.5 blocked shots/game) and scoring defense (56.5 points per game). The University of Tampa was the national leader in field goal percentage defense while Kentucky State lead the nation in blocked shots and Holy Family was the nation's leader in scoring defense.
SF State finished the season with a 15-16 overall record and advanced to the CCAA Basketball Championships for the third consecutive season.
In the final California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) statistical report, the Gators were in the top five in six team categories. They led the conference in field goal percentage defense and blocked shots while the Gators were second in scoring defense, third in rebounding margin, and fifth in three-point field goal percentage defense.
Six Gators were in the top 30 in the conference in nine categories. Hunter led the conference in blocked shots and she was 9
th in rebounding, 13
th in free throw percentage, and 27
th in scoring. Tate was the conference leader in rebounding while she was 7
th in field goal percentage and 13
th in scoring while senior guard
Jessica Hout-Freeman (Fremont, California, Washington) was 13
th in assists and tied for 13

th in three-point field goals made per game and senior guard
Juliet Masei (Mojave, CA, Dickinson State)was 13
th in three-point field goal percentage and
Kalia Williams (Los Angeles, California, San Jose State University) was 15
th in blocked shots.
The Gators also had players that are in the top ten career lists at SF State in 9 career statistical categories. Hout-Freeman is 9
th in field goals attempted (819), 9
th in three-point field goals made (63), 8
th in three-point field goals attempted (246), 6
th in assists (224), and 10
